Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery across major cities takes 1–4 working days.

Delivery to remote, rural, or hilly areas may take up to 7 working days due to geographical constraints and courier availability.

We ship to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners across India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.

We ship through trusted courier partners, including Delhivery and Nimbus Post, to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@happywhileaway.com with your order number and photographs.

We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India.

A small handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
