Orders placed before 8 pm are packed the same day and collected by the courier the next day. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days after pickup to metro cities and most of Karnataka, 2 to 5 working days to the rest of India, and up to 7 working days to remote, hilly and North-East addresses. You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

We offer a 14-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund. No questions asked and no return shipping fees.

Use the refund form at the end of our Refund & Returns Policy page: pick your order and what went wrong, and add a photo or video. You get a ticket number by email and WhatsApp, and our team replies within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, with the next steps.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@happywhileaway.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
