A: Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Delivery takes 1–4 working days across major cities. Remote or hilly areas may take up to 7 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Please email hello@happywhileaway.com immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
A: Yes. COD is available across India. A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout.
Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders across India with no minimum order value.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery via Razorpay — one of India’s most trusted payment gateways.
Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Razorpay’s encrypted payment gateway. We never store your card or payment details on our servers.
Q: Will I receive a GST invoice?
A: Yes. A GST invoice will be sent to your email along with your order confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund. No questions asked and no return shipping fees.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Simply email hello@happywhileaway.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@happywhileaway.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
