We want both you and your pet to love your Happy While Away experience.

If your pet is not satisfied with the product for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

No questions asked.

Who Is Eligible for a Refund?

You are eligible for a full refund if your pet does not engage with or benefit from the product within 30 days of delivery.

Simply contact our team and we will process your refund promptly.

What We Do Not Accept

Refunds and returns are not available in the following situations:

  • The product has been damaged by the pet or owner after delivery.
  • The product has been used and is being returned due to a change of mind.
  • The product was purchased as a gift and the recipient does not wish to keep it.
  • The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@happywhileaway.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief note explaining why your pet was not satisfied

Our team will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email hello@happywhileaway.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product

We will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost.

This policy applies only to products damaged during shipping and is separate from our standard refund policy.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
